SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the New Construction Palm Beach messaging program operated by CUMS Consulting LLC.

Program description

After you provide express consent, we may send text messages regarding new construction information, responses to property inquiries, appointment coordination, reminders, and important updates related to your request. The program is not used to provide emergency services.

Consent and enrollment

You may enroll by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Please do not submit a phone number that you do not control or have authority to use.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opt out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. We may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you enroll again.
